How to send
email to group of people
Normally most of people want to send the same message to
group of people or friends, they type the address of friends and put a COMMA or
SEMICOLON between email addresses. But they don't know that they (recipients)
receive the email with the address of group.
The recipients will get an email like this:
So everyone in the group gets the email of all
people.
To send the same message to
group of people, it is easy. Just use the BCC
(Blind Carbon Copy) in most cases you can find that in almost any email client
(email program ) or web basted emails.
Here is example of HOTMAIL:

Just type the address in BCC: and separate
them with comma or semicolon like this kakajan@kaka.com;
saboor@saboor.com; me@you.com;
dilbar@dilbar.com; maqboolak@maqboolak.com;
bache_maqbol@utoronto.edu.ca; khodem@khana.af;
samad_jan@kabul.com; assadullah@sharenaw.co.uk;
parween@ziba.com.au; zanakabaz@chardehee.se;
In Outlook Express or Outlook
2000 you can easily do the same. Just type the names in the BCC field and
remember you must separate them with comma or semicolons.

If you can't see the BCC field on the screen,
just click on CC: and you see the following screen:

Here you select a name or group of name (1)
and then click on BCC to add the name (2) don't worry about the names, once you
get back to that original screen, you can delete any name you want or add any
name you like. Then click on OK to see this screen and type the email addresses
whilch would look like below

Hope you be able to use this and please note
this is very important to keep your friend's email private and don't let any
other people to have it. Look your friend have trusted you be giving her/him
email and you easily give it to anyone??!! no good at all.
